14 Day No Quibble Returns Policy:

All of our items by their nature are old and have had varying degrees of use and have associated wear and tear. We try to describe each item with accuracy and an honest condition appraisal (along with the images provided. Please take time to satisfy yourself as to the item condition prior to purchase (if you require more information or images please ask us as you will be liable for the delivery and return costs in the event that you change your mind about an item after purchase and has been delivered where the item is as described.

Should you want to return an item, please contact us via email as soon as possible and get the item back to us within 14 days. A full refund of the item purchase price (less carriage as detailed above) will be provided within 5 working days of receipt of safe return of unwanted item in original supplied condition.

Delivery

Delivery Policy: (UK mainland only – we will not deliver to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man or the Channel Islands unless by prior special arrangement) Delivery will be as soon as possible, small items will be sent using a national carrier, be insured and normally arrive within 5 working days. Larger and heavy items will normally be delivered by a trusted delivery person and will usually arrive within 5 to 14 days. Sometimes carriers may have a leave at kerb side policy so please ensure someone is home to accept the delivery. All deliveries will arrive within 28 days. International deliveries will only take place if requested and we quote this arrangement for you.

If you have restricted access then please get in touch prior to purchase so that we can arrange the appropriate delivery service. 

Damage 

Please inspect all goods for any damage upon delivery

If goods are damaged on their way to you, we will arrange a full refund. Damage to goods must be noted upon attempted delivery of the goods and returned with the driver. Please make sure you have checked all items before signing to accept the delivery.

If you think an item has been damaged in transit please do not sign for goods or take receipt of any items but return them with the delivery driver immediately. Contact us via email or telephone as soon as possible to let us know the item is being returned and why. 

Cancellation Policy: Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at Village Vintage within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant product(s).

Returns; within 14 days returns are accepted, however the purchaser will cover the cost of return postage. If you wish to return goods then you must undertake to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please telephone or email us if you would like to return your order, and we will discuss the best return option. Goods must be returned in their original condition within 14 days. You will receive a full refund for the item less delivery and return carriage costs.

Privacy policy: we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We will not pass on your email address but may use it to send you updates and promotions from time to time. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the page.

An order placed with us is contracting to purchase. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order and that a contract has been made between us.

You must provide a contact telephone number and email address for all orders. We won't pass this information on to anyone other than the delivery firm.

You agree that:

(a) you understand you are legally entering into binding a contract, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale; All items are sold as second-hand items, we therefore do not guarantee that they operate or function in a manner as if they were new.

(b) the information provided in your order is accurate and complete

An order is made when the full purchase price is paid and cleared funds have been established. Incomplete payments will be rejected. We reserve the right to cancel an order if full payment and terms and conditions are not adhered to.

Online purchases can overlap, in the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or there is a pricing error, we will advise you of this as soon as possible and try to offer an alternative or issue a full refund
