A wonderful opportunity to own a piece of history from the iconic Louis Vuitton workshops made around 1910/1920’s. This clearly Art Deco inspired table has a beautiful simple form with a stepped base and tripod form. The column is triform and concave in shape with a distinctive “pinch” in the casting towards the base and Louis Vuitton cast medallion at the top of one of these concave sides. This striking table comes with its’ original round Bakelite top by Rex. Louis Vuitton partnered with Rex to produce some a limited run of Bistro tables for upmarket venues including the infamous Orient Express!
