This superb cabinet is of exhibition quality, indeed we were lead to believe this was at the Paris Exposition 1889. This Belle Epoque piece combines the finest selection of timbers and use of techniques, with both reeded and fluted leg detail, a curved door formed from a single piece of Mahogany, good parquetry panel and door and drawer front detail, finished with highly decorative bronze appliques. The Marble top is nicely patterned and the cupboard still retains its’ complete Marble interior. Overall a stunning example of fine craftsmanship and a piece suitable for any room.
