A rare and exciting find , a Brutalist style cast metal and glass topped console table in the style of Diago Giacommetti. The rough, textured cast aluminium frame consists of long runners terminating with bulbous roundels near leg joints, closer double stretchers on each end, surmounted with a thick moulded edge plate glass top. A truly versatile piece of good dimensions, a table that would be perfect for both indoor or outdoor use.
Condition Report:
Frame is sound, some small distortion to a couple of stretchers as shown but in now way detract from the overall appearance, glasss top is unchipped and only a few very minor scratches .
